"Fit and finish was honestly better than I expected"
I’m picky about how wood pieces line up, so I was expecting to have to sand or tweak a few things. But everything fit together really well and the finish was cleaner than I thought it would be. Assembly went smoothly without much adjusting, and it looks nice and sturdy out in the yard.

I ordered from Outdoor Living Today kind of on a whim, and right away I was thinking, okay, this was actually a good call. The website was simple to get through, and I got updates when I needed them without having to chase anything down.
When everything arrived, it was in great shape, and the quality made me do a little double take because it was better than I expected. I had one quick question, and they got back to me fast. Really happy with the whole experience.

"Great help with replacement parts"
I needed a couple replacement parts for my shed after one of the pieces got damaged during a move. I reached out to Outdoor Living Today by email, and they got back to me quickly. They knew exactly what I was talking about and didn’t make the whole thing a hassle.
The parts showed up well packed and fit the way they were supposed to. i was really happy with the support. It’s nice dealing with a company that still helps you out after the sale.

I put this shed together last month, and I’ve been impressed with how solid it feels. The frame doesn’t wobble at all, and we’ve already had a couple rounds of wind and rain with no shifting or weird creaking. I looked at a bunch of reviews before buying and was hoping it would hold up like people said, and so far it definitely has. Happy with it

"Pretty much what I expected, okay service, slow replies"
I kind of had a feeling the support would be slow, that’s exactly how it went. They did get back to me eventually, and once they replied, they were actually helpful. I just wish the response time had been better because the waiting part was frustrating.

"Shipping was a bit slower than I expected"
I mean, the order itself was fine overall, but the shipping was kind of slower than I was hoping. I didn’t get the tracking email until a few days after I bought it, and then it seemed to just sit there for a little while before it actually started moving. Everything showed up in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much, but I do wish the delivery timing had been a little clearer upfront. Not a bad experience, just… not exactly fast either.

I bought these thinking the wood would hold up better based on the wording, but that felt misleading. The boards started warping way faster than I expected, so I’m disappointed

One of the parts was missing from my order, and it took way longer than I expected to get it fixed. Support did respond, but I had to keep following up, which was a little confusing?? They did finally send the missing part, so it worked out in the end, but the whole process just wasn’t very smooth.

I used the assembly instructions from Outdoor Living Today, and to be fair, they were mostly clear. The pictures definitely helped, and once I spread all the parts out and got my bearings, most of the steps made sense.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few sections could’ve used more detail, especially when some pieces looked almost the same. I had to reread a couple pages and undo one step, which was annoying, but I did get it finished in the end and nothing important was missing...

"Loved being able to customize it"
I ordered a shed, and really liked that I could tweak a few things to fit my yard better. The options were straightforward, they all made sense. It turned out great, I’m happy with it, and I’d definitely order again.

"Easier to assemble than I thought"
I expected this to be a bit more of a hassle to put together, but it ended up being manageable. We took our time with it, and most of the parts lined up without much trouble. The instructions were clear enough overall, though we did have to go back and reread a couple of steps to make sure we were doing it right. It took two of us most of the weekend. I’d probably give it 5 stars if a few of the screws hadn’t been so frustrating, but overall it went better than I expected

"The Rain Won This Round"
I really wanted this to hold up, but after one heavy rainstorm, the drama began. Water started leaking through, and suddenly what was supposed to stay dry... definitely did not. Fine in theory, but once the weather got serious, it just couldn't handle it.

Ordered a shed kit from Outdoor Living Today and was a little nervous about shipping. Big kit, lots of parts, easy to imagine something getting dinged.
But it showed up packed really well. Everything was tight, clearly labeled, no busted corners, no missing little bags. Panels were protected better than expected.
Unpacking took a while, but fine by me. The careful packing made the whole build feel calmer right from the start.

"I’ve bought from this brand before and usually..."
I’ve bought from this brand before and usually really like their stuff, so I was a little bummed this time. The wood felt flimsy right out of the box, and a couple of the panels already had cracks in them. I still want to trust the brand because I’ve had good experiences before, but this definitely wasn’t the quality I expected.

I ordered a shed kit and I was already bracing myself for something to be missing or the wrong size, because I really didn’t want to deal with the hassle. But everything showed up exactly as listed, and all the parts matched the order, so that was a relief.
I’m giving 4 stars because the delivery timing was kind of vague, which got a little annoying while I was waiting around. Still, the order itself was accurate and there were no mix-ups, so I don’t have any real complaints there.
